Second step, confirm the order to us, provide the following information, then we will send you an invoice to provide you with reference order details and quantity, company name, contact person, address, telephone, port of destination

Step 3: Send payment telegraphic transfer in advance and notify us (send us bank documents)

Fourth, we will deliver the goods within 7 working days after receiving your payment and keep you informed of the status of the order. The balance should be paid before delivery.

What should I do if something needs to be replaced?

We supply all spare parts for the printer. If any part is damaged, we will either fix it or send you a new part after the user sends back the damaged part. We recommend that users order spare parts packs for long-term maintenance and quick replacement.
