Our Duct TDC flange machine was specially designed to manufacture the Slip flange, widely adopted in HVAC Ducting system.
The TDC flange can customized designed according to client requirements from 15mm to 50mm, suitable for medium and large producers of square HVAC duct.
Our slip flange machine is consisted of following parts. vertical de-coiler, roll former, cutter and run out table.
The cutting system adopts the round saw style cutter normally, also the hydraulic die cutter can be customized design and supplied.
Our flange machine can be equipped with glue-water injection of sealing mastic directly during the forming process.
