Air - Box Pulse Bag Dust Collector Machine For Workshop Dust Collection
Product introduction
This filter cartridge dust collector is widely used in various fields of mechanical manufacturing. The filter cartridge dust collector can be divided into oblique insertion type, side-mounted type, lifting type and top-mounted type according to the installation mode. This product in the figure is oblique insertion type.
In normal operation, dust-laden air enters the filter through the top entrance, then disperses downward through the guide plate and passes through the filter core. Dust is blocked on the outside surface of the filter core. The filtered clean air enters the clean air chamber through the center of the filter core and is discharged through the outlet tube.
The filter element can automatically and intermittently remove ash by only one set of filter elements for off-line cleaning at any given time. During the cleaning process of filter core, the pulse controller connects the power supply of an electromagnetic pulse valve to make the corresponding film valve eject pulsed high-pressure air, which passes through the filter core from inside to outside, removes the dust adhering to the outside surface of the filter core, drops the dust particles into the dust bucket, and then enters the dust collecting bucket.
The structure of filter barrel type dust collector is composed of air inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, box body, ash hopper, ash cleaning device, diversion device, air flow distributor plate, filter barrel and electronic control device, similar to the pulse bag dust collecting structure of air box.
With the advantages of small size, high efficiency, low investment and easy maintenance, the filter barrel type dust collector is widely used in cement, steel, power, food, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industrial fields. The overall capacity of the filter barrel type dust collector has increased several times, and it has become a large dust collector with filter area > 2000m2.
Product characteristics
1. Because the filter material is folded into a cylinder, the density of the filter material is high, so the structure of the dust collector is compact and the volume is small.
2. The height of the filter cartridge is small, the installation is convenient, and the maintenance workload is small.
3. The filter area of the same volume dust collector is relatively large, the filter wind speed is small, and the resistance is small.
4. The folding of filter material requires strict sealing at both ends and no leakage, otherwise the effect will be reduced.
Working principle
After the dust-containing gas enters the dust hopper of the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow section and the action of the airflow distribution plate, some coarse particles in the airflow settle in the dust hopper under the action of dynamic and inertial forces; after the fine-grained and small-density dust particles enter the dust chamber, they deposit on the surface of the filter material through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and sieve filtration, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber from the exhaust pipe. It is discharged by fan.
The resistance of the filter barrel type dust collector increases with the increase of the dust layer thickness on the surface of the filter material. Cleaning is carried out when resistance reaches a specified value. At this time, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. Firstly, the lifting valve of one chamber closes and cuts off the filter airflow. Then, the electromagnetic pulse valve opens, compressed air and in a short time expands rapidly in the upper chamber and pours into the filter cartridge, which causes the expansion deformation of the filter cartridge to produce vibration. Under the action of the reverse airflow scouring, the dust attached to the outside surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. After cleaning, the solenoid pulse valve closes and the lifting valve opens, and the chamber resumes its filtering state. Cleaning chambers are carried out sequentially, from the first chamber to the next one, which is a cycle of cleaning. The fallen dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the dust removing valve.
