PPS needle-punched felt has heat-resistant temperature ranging from 170 to 210 degrees, long-term working temperature below 190 degrees, instantaneous heat-resistant temperature 210 degrees, melting point 230 degrees. It has good flame retardancy, wear resistance, high heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and alkali oxide resistance, which is second only to PTFE needle felt. The PPS needle-punched felt filter material/bag produced by Fushun Jiehua Industrial Cloth Co., Ltd. is waterproof before leaving the factory and can work in the humid and corrosive environment. It is noteworthy that the anti-oxygen property of the PPS filter material is very poor. It will affect the normal service life if the oxygen content is higher than 15% and the service temperature is lower than 140 C. The PPS needle-punched felt produced by our company has passed the filter material inspection of Northeast University. Testing center detection, PPs needle felt filter material heated at 190 degrees for 30 minutes continuously, shrinkage rate is less than 0.7%, no shrinkage under 20 minutes! Instantaneous temperature of 190-200 degrees does not exceed 5 minutes at a time and 30 minutes in a year; 180-190 degrees does not exceed 10 minutes at a time and 100 hours in a year. In the normal working environment, the service life of coal-fired boilers in power plants is more than 3 years, and the emission concentration can be less than 20 mg/Nm3. PPS needle-punched felt filter bag is widely recognized as a filter material in pulse cleaning dust collectors such as coal-fired boiler, refuse incinerator and dust collection treatment of power plant fly ash.
