Mobile welding fume extractor and smoke purifier with single and double arm is used for collecting and purifying the waste residue and hazardous gas.

It is widely applied in the electric welding, shielded welding, argon arc welding field.

The purified gas can meet the standard emission requirements, which is helpful for preventing air pollution and reducing the damage to operators' body.

Working Principles.

AR-CW series has three filter layers, It can eliminate welding fume effectively. At first, the welding fume would be inhaled into the first layer-airflow balance version by universal exhaust arm, to avoid polluted particles concerned into the same direction.Meanwhile, it will intercept spark, preventing the occurrence of fires. Next, the airflow is indrafted into the second layer-primary filter. It can filter down most polluted air.Then the purified air would go through the third layer--core cartridge filter. The filtering efficiency can be up to 99%. Last, the rest particles is impact with activated carbon filter, and it will purify completely.
