Ø Main body

1) Euro structure originated from Germany.

2) Wall panels insulated with Rock-wool, with tongue and groove interlocking system, mounted at horizontal.

3) Full downdraft design

Ø Plenum & Filtration

1) Pre-filter of fresh air: class G3 fiberglass.

2) Ceiling filter: class EU5.

3) Double filters of exhaust air: class G3 fiberglass.

4) Air plenum built with our special design air deflector to allow more smooth and even distribution of air stream and avoid turbulence.

Ø Lights

1) Standard supply of paint booth ceiling lightings with 4×18 W LED lamps.

2) Side lightings with 2×18 W LED lamps.

3) 36 W and 58 W lamps are as optional.

4) Ceiling light box corner also with inclination angle to allow more light reflects.

Ø Ventilation System

1) Blower fan is designed with non-sparking, and perfectly meet EN 13355-2004 requirements. Big vane, easy for maintenance.Double Insulated case of galvanized steel sheet.

2) SIEMENS or high quality Chinese brand motors are available.

3) Designed noise is below 78 dBa.

Ø Heating System

1) Stainless steel 1Gr18Ni9Ti (SUS304).

2) Diesel burner, RIELLO RG5S (optional gas burner, direct heating burner).

3) Hot water and direct fire heat are available for some special requirements.

4) RIELLO or Weishaupt burners are used.

Ø Control System

According EU using water-soluble paint require, increase controlling of leveling process and EU standard indicationEN13355, the system adopt advance technical optimize, energy-saving, emission-reducing, as well as according to the practical needs of users, full or part of mode increasing.

I. Wallboard
Adopt high quality fireproof insulation EPS panel, thickness: 50mm (Rock wall optional)

Density is 12kg/m3 0.476mm thick colored steel on both side.
II. Foundation System
Full metal foundation, two rows flat steel grids and three rows metal non-slip diamond plates, the grids are twisted steel for the cross bar steel grating.

Galvanized and beautiful, durable and better force bearing.
III. Heating System
Adopt one unit of Italy Riello diesel burner G10 (Gas burner and Electrical heating optional);
One set of heat exchanger, high efficient heat-resistant stainless steel as cycling ;
4-6 minutes (from 20-60℃) underbaking status, max baking temperature is 80℃;
One unit of Cabinet(Rock-wool insulation), Two pcs Air ducts.
IV. Filtration System
Pre-filters Can Capture Granules Larger than 10μm;
Ceiling filter can Capture Granules Bigger than 4μm.
Floor filter multilayer glass fiber, air cleanliness in room can reach 98%.
V. Light System
Ceiling light, 8 group×4pcs = 32pcs×36w;
Bottom light, 8 group×4pcs = 32pcs×36w;
With light fixture, anti-explosion design.
VI. Ventilation System
Air -inlet fan 2 sets×4kw, Centrifugal, Air flow speed in cabin 0.4m/s.
