The main structure and components of the equipment

Structural composition: including chamber body, lighting system, air filtration system, air supply system, heating system, exhaust system, paint mist, and exhaust gas treatment system, electronic control system, safety system, and other components.

Chamber body:

It is mainly composed of the skeleton, siding, workpiece entry and safety door. The strength, stability, heat preservation, sealing, impact resistance and shock resistance of the chamber body meet the requirements of national or relevant industr y standards.
(1), skeleton
The chamber body skeleton is formed by bending and welding square steel pipes and galvanized steel sheets.
(2), siding
The wall of the chamber body is made of polystyrene composite insulation board, the inner and outer plates are all made of color steel plate, and the middle is 58mm thick polystyrene insulation material. The total thickness is 75mm. All the panels are assembled and easy to assemble and disassemble. The color is white.

Air filtration system

Air supply system:

It is mainly composed of the blower, fan seat and steel frame. The fan seat is filled with sound absorbing material to reduce sound and vibration.
According to the characteristics of the workpiece, the no-load wind speed in the paint booth is above 0.23m/s.

Considering the wind resistance and the interference coefficient, the air supply volume of 120,000 m3/h is taken, and a total of four air supply systems are arranged, and eight YDW centrifugal fans are always arranged.

Exhaust system:

It is mainly composed of exhaust fan, air duct, and profile. In the process of painting, in order to discharge the filtered air at a high altitude, two sets of exhaust systems are arranged, and the exhaust air volume of each group is 35201m3/h, so as to maintain the micro-positive pressure state of the chamber body during painting, thereby ensuring the spraying quality. Each group is equipped with a centrifugal fan, model number 4-82.
