5.2.3.1 Bottom Scraper Conveyor
l Multichannel sand scrapers made by PU material and steel plates at the bottom of inside sand blasting room, which pushes abrasives to the back of room through vertical reciprocating motion, into the horizontal screw conveyor through Hopper. The horizontal screw conveyor delivers abrasives to outer bucket elevator and into sand blasting room to finish circulation through separator and abrasives screening.
l The scraper conveyor adopts scraping collector driven by air cylinder or motor to reciprocate, which can save deep trench, reduce civil engineering costs, easy maintenance and stable performance.
l Cylinder driving can effectively reduce running noise and save costs.
l High reliability of motor driving, without effect of lack of air source. It can be equipped with PLC to control speed and frequency of scraper reciprocating motion.
