c) Quality control

Workers will check the product function again before packaging, whether there is dust on the outside, and each watch is 100% tested

d) Quality complaints

If any customer complains about quality, we will forward it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager. Usually, we will hold meetings with production, purchasing and packaging departments within 12 hours, and provide feedback and solutions within 24 hours.
