Zero Dynamic’s Fan Outer Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine Brushless Motor Outer Rotor Double Plane Milling Correction Balancer is applicable for vertical double plane automatic balance correction for various products such as fan outer rotors, motor outer rotors, power tool outer rotors.

The measuring station of Zero Dynamic’s Fan Outer Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine Brushless Motor Outer Rotor Double Plane Milling Correction Balancer adopts high-precision soft support structure, high precision and good repeatability of measuring data. This equipment has strong compatibility, simple structure convenient for changeover, and is suitable for small batch and multi-species production. Balance correction uses P-type milling cutter, milling along the outer round surface to remove the weight. Zero Dynamic owns all intellectual property rights of this equipment and can modify the hardware and software according to the customer's products.

4. Main Features:
4.1 The equipment is for the double plane dynamic balance detection and correction of rotors and brushless rotors which is less than 1kg and diameter less than 130mm.
4.2 Manual loading and unloading. It can also coordinate with production line robot for loading and unloading of materials.
4.3 It is pneumatic drive and has the functions of double plane dynamic balance detection, automatic double plane drilling to remove material, dust absorption, data saving (including the initial unbalance and allowable residual unbalance) and discrimination of acceptability range etc.
4.4 The software has balance testing, balance data saving and printing, data statistics after qualification judgement, spectrum analysis system, axial and radial vibration testing system, CCD visual system, laser correction and marking system, MES data uploading system etc. In addition, special functions can be customized for special products.(note: the above functions are configured per different types of products, not all the functions are reserved.)
