1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s 3 Ton New Energy Truck Motor Rotor, Electric Truck Motor Rotor Automatic Milling Balancing Machine is an automatic de-weighting balancing machine developed for client's new energy truck rotor. The customer's product adopts a spline with a through-center mandrel, which can complete the dynamic balance measurement and calibration of two workpieces at one time. The workpiece is de-weighted by radial arc milling.
The measuring station of Zero Dynamic’s 3 Ton New Energy Truck Motor Rotor, Electric Truck Motor Rotor Automatic Milling Balancing Machine adopts hard bearing structure + universal joint drive + high power frequency converter motor. The universal joint drive has advantages of large transmission torque, strong versatility, and easy changeover. The de-weighting device adopts three axial milling de-weighting mechanism, whose location can be adjusted according to the specifications of specific products. The milling mechanism adopts cast iron dovetail structure to increase stability. The workpiece stop module is a safety mechanism used to prevent the product or equipment from being damaged due to the rotation of the workpiece during the milling process of the workpiece. The module is hydraulically driven, with synchronized action on both sides, making it easy to adjust the position.

4. Main Features:
4.1 The equipment adopts hard bearing test pedestals, using casting base bed, anti-magnetic stainless steel upper pedestal, with sufficient rigidity and stability.
4.2 The equipment adopts universal joint drive, large transmission torque, strong versatility, easy to change.
4.3 Three-axis milling and de-weighting mechanism, the position can be adjusted according to the product specifications.
4.4 The milling mechanism adopts cast iron dovetail structure with good stability.
4.5 Hydraulic driven stop module with large clamping force to prevent damage caused by product rotation during milling.
4.6 The balancing software can automatically adjust the sensitivity according to the signal strength. The maximum indication sensitivity of the measuring system is 1g.mm per plane.
4.7 The system automatically starts to measure after the workpiece reaches the required speed range.
4.8 After the preset sampling time, the end of sampling automatically changes to red font to lock the unbalance value, and display the measurement result OK or NG.
4.9 With ISO1940 tolerance input and calculation.
4.10 Easy to read large digital display or vector table display, the value and angle of the unbalance are displayed at the same time, and the operation interface can be switched between Chinese and English.
4.11 Unbalance value unit switching function (mg, g, kg / mgmm, gmm, gcm, etc.).
4.12 It has correction plane and (static-even) unbalance display function.
