Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Gear Workpiece Single Plane Automatic Drilling Correction Balancing Machine is a customized automatic balancing machine for client's gear products, which belongs to DLX series. This series balancing machine is widely used for single-plane unbalance measurement and drilling/milling correction of disk rotors, such as flywheels, pulleys, brake drums, gears, clutches, flanges, planetary racks, brake disks, water pump impellers, tug wheels.
Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Gear Workpiece Single Plane Automatic Drilling Correction Balancing Machine adopts self-made precision internal rising spindle, which has features of accurate positioning and high repeatability. Zero Dynamic's made respective fixture for products with different specifications. The handling mechanism can be set to flip or not, so as to meet different dynamic balancing requirement of different products. The balance correction device adopts drilling method to correct the unbalance, and is equipped with a high-power vacuum cleaner, which starts and stops automatically to collect the cutting iron. The equipment can be operated independently or connected with a robot to realize automated production.

4.1 Internal rising spindle, high measurement accuracy and good repeatability.
4.2 High sensitivity vibration sensor, good linearity, durable and reliable.
4.3 Carrying mechanism can be set to flip or not according to product requirements.
4.4 Compatible with a variety of balance correction methods, can be drilled, can be milled.
4.5 Dynamic balancing software integrates measurement, control, operation, communication, storage functions. It has automatic data saving, automatic uploading to MES system, printing, etc. MES interface is TCP/IP.
4.6 The dynamic balancing software is equipped with dual-channel FFT spectrum analysis and vibration measurement function, and has the function of qualification judgement and detailed data recording.
4.7 The dynamic balancing software is equipped with the function of single-plane mass distribution, which can decompose the amount of unbalance in the prohibited correction area of the rotor into the allowed correction area.
