Zero Dynamic’s Two Station High Speed Blower Impeller Automatic Milling Correction Balancing Machine is a two-station single-plane vertical automatic balancing machine customized for the client's high-speed fan impeller, which integrates the functions of automatic inspection, automatic handling and automatic milling correction. The equipment can automatically complete all the balancing work from balance measurement, angle positioning, turning and carrying, drilling and de-weighting correction and re-testing, dust suction and other balancing work. The equipment can be operated alone or connected to the production line to realize automated production line. Zero Dynamic's self-developed dynamic balancing test software can collect, output and display the data generated by the whole process. This equipment has the advantages of short cycle time and high efficiency.
The hardware part of Zero Dynamic’s Two Station High Speed Blower Impeller Automatic Milling Correction Balancing Machine mainly includes steel frame structure, pneumatic workpiece expanding and tightening dynamic balancing test bench (for products with different bores, it is necessary to change the corresponding pneumatic workpiece), carrying mechanism with turning (there is no need to turn over the workpiece in the process of balancing measurement and correction of the equipment), automatic de-weighting power head, and the vacuum cleaner, etc. The equipment can directly locate, mill, and de-weight the workpiece according to the unbalance value and angle displayed by the measuring system. 4.7 The dynamic balancing software has the function of mass distribution, which decomposes the amount of unbalance in the prohibited correction area of the rotor into the permitted correction area, thus avoiding damage to the workpiece.
