Zero Dynamic’s Two Station BLDC Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine Miniature Motor Rotor Balancer is compatible with various BLDC motor rotor and miniature motor rotor with mass range 0.01-0.2kg, diameter range φ6-φ30mm and length range 20-120mm. The equipment has a compact structure, covers a small area, is quick for changeover, and is suitable for small batch and multi-species production.

The measurement station Zero Dynamic’s Two Station BLDC Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine Miniature Motor Rotor Balancer adopts soft support structure and high sensitivity vibration sensor and has advantage of high measurement accuracy, good repeatability and high vibration resistance. The equipment has two stations: balance measurement station and balance correction station. The equipment adopts radial drilling to remove material, which will not damage the structure of the rotor itself. This equipment requires manual loading and unloading (can be equipped with a separate assembly line or be associated with fully automatic rotor production line according to customer requirements). There will be sound and light prompts after passing the judgement, and one operator can operate two machines at the same time.
