Zero Dynamic’s Five Station Washing Machine Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine Switched Reluctance Motor Rotor Automatic Balancer is an automatic balancing machine applicable for the automatic balance measurement & correction of household appliances motor rotors such as vacuum cleaner motor, washing machine motor, electric tools motor and automobile motor.

The balance test station of Zero Dynamic’s Five Station Washing Machine Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine Switched Reluctance Motor Rotor Automatic Balancer adopts soft support structure and high sensitivity vibration sensor, enabling high measurement accuracy and good repeatability. Balance correction can be done on angular (chamfer on), radial, axial direction based on the feature of the workpiece. The equipment adopts automatic loading and unloading assembly line, and the rotor is automatically separated after qualification judgement, easy operation. This equipment can be used alone, can also be connected to fully automatic rotor production line, can be docked with MES system.
