1. Equipment Description
Zero Dynamic’s Brake Disc, Brake Drum Automatic Milling Balancing Machine is applicable for dynamic balance test and correction for automobile brake discs. It can automatically complete the processes of brake disc initial balance measurement, angle positioning, milling balance correction, re-testing, etc., to ensure the balance precision of brake disc, reduce the vibration and noise in the vehicle driving, and improve the braking effect.
Zero Dynamic’s Brake Disc, Brake Drum Automatic Milling Balancing Machine adopts a filter circuit with built-in FFT Fourier analysis function to exclude external vibration interference and realize high precision measurement. It utilizes digital pulse technology and timer matching to detect and control the angle of the unbalance measure to achieve precise positioning. The equipment uses PLC control and is equipped with a perfect software system, which can set the input algorithm value, workpiece specification type, etc. at one time, and realize the data storage and call.

4. Main Features:
4.1 Windows in Simplified Chinese/English, easy to learn.
4.2 Automatic data saving function which can be automatic uploading to the MES system, printing and other functions. MES interface is TCP/IP.
4.3 When the balancing software detects that the workpiece needs balance correction, the software indicates the corresponding unbalance value and angle. After balance correction, the qualified unbalance value will automatically replace the initial unbalance value.
4.4 The software has the function of manual interruption of the data record and the function of renewal of the flowing number break.
4.5 Balancing machine software has the function of deleting data records.
4.6 Self-made precision internal rising spindle, with accurate positioning and high repeatability
4.7 Software with storage function. Daily production data can be saved and exported and saved as excel format.
