4.1 The equipment uses high-sensitivity sensor and high-precision data acquisition system, the highest accuracy can meet G0.4 accuracy grade. Powerful multi-functional software has main functions such as single-plane dynamic balance measurement, double-plane dynamic balance measurement, vibration spectrum analysis, ISO1940 standard calculation, independent vibration value detection, measurement data traceability, saving and printing of measurement result. The equipment adopts Labview as the signal processing system and always maintains the leading technical level.
4.2 The main body of the machine is steel frame structure, dynamic balancing bracket, fixed motor drive plate, servo transport device, power head for automatic remove material, control system etc. The equipment can carry out automatic positioning and single plane drilling correction according to the unbalance value and angle displayed by the measurement system. The whole machine is protected by protective hood and door during the working process and has the abnormal alarm prompt light.
