Zero Dynamic’s High Speed Spindle Running-in Testing Machine, Spindle Running-in Aging Tester with two bases is applicable for real-time monitoring of the speed and temperature variation after repairing and re-assembly of mechanical spindles. The system can do the running-in and monitoring of four spindles at once, and can respectively set continuous operation monitoring and segmented operation monitoring.

By comparison with similar spindle running machines made by our competitors, Zero Dynamic’s High Speed Spindle Running-in Testing Machine, Spindle Running-in Aging Tester with two bases has more powerful (7.5kw) brand servo motors, heavier cast iron base, higher precision temperature detection module, and the weight of each base weighs 800kg. Higher hardware configuration ensures lower spindle vibration during the spindle running-in process and the temperature detection is more accurate. The running-in work can run automatically without manual interference or guarding. The equipment is suitable for BT30-BT50 type spindle or equivalent spindles. Products of other dimension can be customized as per the spindles. The equipment’s software can be modified according to client’s requirement if the functions of our standard spindle running-in software couldn’t satisfy the need.
