Zero Dynamic's Rising Sleeve Type Fan Blade Automatic Balancing Machine, Aluminum Alloy Impeller Balance Machine adopts high-precision elastic expandable sleeve structure which has high balance accuracy (with repeat measurement accuracy of ±1mg). The machine uses a scissor structure for automatic balance correction, which has higher productivity and precision than manual balance correction. Zero Dynamic’s self-developed dynamic balance software can collect, output and display the data generated during the whole process, providing a reliable source of data for subsequent quality improvement.

4.1 High compatibility. The equipment is applicable for all kinds of hole type plastic and aluminium alloy fan blades/impellers with diameters from Φ25mm to Φ120mm and centre holes from Φ1.5mm to Φ8mm with weights from 10 to 200 g.
