Zero Dynamic's Refrigerator Cooling Fan / Notebook Fan / Axial Fan Automatic Balancing Machine is an automatic balancing machine designed for automatic balance test and correction of heat dissipation fan of refrigerator, control cabinet or frequency converter etc.. It belongs to the automation machinery, suitable for industrial production line operation, improve production capacity, achieve high precision, stable and efficient balance measurement and correction. It can use milling or drilling cutter to correct the unbalance of fan blade according to the client's requirements.

Zero Dynamic's Refrigerator Cooling Fan / Notebook Fan / Axial Fan Automatic Balancing Machine is compatible with fan blades with weight 0.05-0.5Kg and diameter φ80-φ150mm. The equipment adopts high-precision accelerometer sensor and customized data acquisition card for real-time acquisition and analysis, which realises precise measurement and automatic correction with high accuracy, high stability and high efficiency. The system intuitively displays relevant data such as the unbalance, angle, rotational speed, etc., and is easy to operate. At the same time can be based on the production date, material batch, etc. to generate the corresponding data report, for continuous quality improvement and production efficiency to provide a reliable source of data.
