Zero Dynamic’s Two-station Automobile Generator Rotor, Vehicle Alternator Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine is an automatic balancing machine developed for client's automotive generator rotors, compatible with generator rotors with diameter 69.3mm - 10 8.7mm, shaft length range 135-154mm, weight up to 5kg (rotors with bearings can also be measured), balancing correction method is double-plane diagonal cut drilled holes (number of de-weighting holes can be set for the same claw pole). The angle of the de-weighting head can be adjusted in the range of 30-60° to meet the balancing correction requirements of different rotor sizes.

Zero Dynamic’s Two-station Automobile Generator Rotor, Vehicle Alternator Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine consists of mechanical main body, balance measuring system, electrical control system, automatic testing and de-weighting device, dust-absorbing device, safety protection mechanism and other components. The two pedestals of the measuring station can be adjusted on the base according to the supporting distance. The support rollers on the pendulum frame are removable, which can be adapted to different support methods such as roller support and bearing support. The equipment adopts the latest dynamic balancing software of Zero Dynamic, which includes dynamic balancing measurement, data storage (including initial unbalance and allowable residual unbalance), qualification judgment, automatic drilling correction, and uploading of measurement results.

4.1 Soft bearing measuring structure and high-precision vibration sensor, good vibration resistance and repeatability.

4.2 The position of the measuring station pedestals is adjustable, thus compatible with the dynamic balance measurement of workpieces of different spans. The support rollers on the pedestal are removable, which can be adapted to roller support, bearing support and other support methods.

4.3 Lower bracket belt drive, convenient for docking with manipulator to load and unload materials to achieve automated production.

4.4 The angle of the de-weighting power head can be adjusted in the range of 30-60° to meet the balancing correction requirements for rotors of different sizes.

4.5 The self-developed dynamic balancing software has the functions of dynamic balancing measurement, qualification judgment, data saving, querying, exporting, printing, uploading of measurement results, etc. It also supports amplitude display.

4.6 The dynamic balancing software comes with alarm prompts, which is convenient to find the fault location.

4.7 The equipment can be connected to the MES system and can be added with specified functions as required by clients.
