Zero Dynamic’s Brushless Cooling Fan Blade, Blower Fan Blade, USB Pocket Fan Blade Gripper Balancing Machine is suitable for single - plane or double-plane dynamic balancing inspection of rotating workpieces such as micro and small-sized heat dissipation air blades, impellers, and outer rotors of electric motors.

Zero Dynamic’s Brushless Cooling Fan Blade, Blower Fan Blade, USB Pocket Fan Blade Gripper Balancing Machine applies high-precision clamping gripper to clamp the workpiece shaft, and utilizes the servo motor that comes with the machine to drive the workpiece to rotate. The vibration sensor detects the vibration signal and transmits it to the data acquisition card for analysis, so as to calculate the amount and angle of unbalance and display it in the radar graph. Zero Dynamic's self-developed dynamic balancing software has complete functions such as electrical compensation, eccentricity compensation, spectrum analysis, and storage and export of measurement data. It is easy to operate, has good repeatability and high working efficiency.

4. Main Features:
4.1 High accuracy: it adopts high accuracy spindle to hold the fan for rotation and the balance accuracy can meet the G1 grade of the ISO1940 standard.
4.2 High repeatability: high repeatability accuracy.
4.3 Decentration rectification: it has the in-built decentration rectification function and can solve the balance measurement problem caused by poor veticality and concentricity of blades, greatly improving the balance accuracy.
4.4 High compatibility: detachable design which is applicable for the fan blade with the axis of φ1.0 to φ6 (each jaw can only match one specification). This not only reduces costs but also improves the speed of changeover.
4.5 Servo motor: servo motor drives fan blade to rotate and position automatically.
4.6 Laser maker: convenient for the operator to align the test zero.
4.7 Air pressure inlet unit: can be connected to 6mm air hose.
4.8 Spindle and clamping jaw: it can precisely hold the fan to rotate and carry out balance measurement. After finishing the test, fan will be loosen to allow the operator to remove the fan and make the balance correction.
