Zero Dynamic's 5kg hard-bearing lower belt drive rotor balancing machine (Model: XH-5Q) is widely used for the balance correction of various rotating workpieces such as small and medium-sized motor rotors, impellers, crankshafts, drums and shaft products. It is driven by a loop belt from the bottom, which ensures the balance quality and accuracy of the workpieces. It features convenient loading and unloading, quick start, and high work efficiency.

4. Main Features:
4.1 The equipment adopts an advanced electrical measurement system with diverse measurement methods. It can perform both dynamic and static balancing, and there are up to 10 types of support methods.
4.2 The methods of adding or removing material and the forward and reverse rotation can be flexibly customized.
4.3 The equipment uses a combination of multiple calibration coefficients to automatically adjust the system sensitivity without jumps during gear - shifting.
4.4 With dual filtering of software and hardware and high - speed data compression, the equipment features fast measurement speed and high measurement accuracy.
4.5 The radar graph on the balance picture indicates the unbalance value and angle.
4.6 Automatically adjust the sensitivity according to the signal strength, the maximum indication sensitivity of the measuring system is 1g.mm per plane.
4.7. Measurement can be started automatically after reaching the required rotational speed range.
4.8. After presetting the sampling time, the end of sampling automatically changes to red font and the unbalance reading is locked, and displays the result of the measurement as OK or NG.
