Description |
Microprocessor Control (CPU). 3-STAGE AUTOMATIC CHARGING: This is a fully automatic battery charger with 3 charge stages. Automatic charging protects your battery from being overcharged. So you can leave the charger connected to the battery indefinitely. 3-stage chargers are suitable for most lead acid battery:Calcium, Gel and AGM, Wet batteries. They may also help restore drained and sulphated batteries. 1: Input Characteristics: Input Voltage: 100-240V AC Input Frequency: 50Hz or 60Hz and single phase. Inrush Current (cold start):30A Max.@110Vac/60HZ/ 60A Max.@230Vac/50HZ Efficiency: ≥85.0% 230Vac/50Hz(Typical full load) 2: Output Characteristics: Constant Charging Voltage: 14.7V Float charge 13.8V C:Charging Mode Intelligent 12V 5-6A lead acid battery charger 3 Stages, CC, CV, Trickle 4: Safety Test for battery charger Hi-pot Test:15KVac 5mA 3 Seconds between input and output test Resistance:The liftpo4 battery charger insulation resistance shall be not less 30M ohms after application of 500Vdc/10mA for 3 Seconds Drop test: Height: The wheelchair battery chargerconform to BS EN60068-2-32:1993 TEST ED: free fall appendix B 5: Protection for battery charger Over Voltage Protection:The power supply will be auto recovered when faults remove Over Current Protection: Charger output current does not exceed the set maximum battery charging current. Over Short Circuit Protection :Battery charger output can be shorted without damage No odor, smoke, fire, plastic deformation, and excessive heal happen. The power shall be auto-recovery. (It will enter into normal condition when then the fault condition is removed) Over reverse polarity Protection When the battery charger output line reversed after the charger will not work until the right user access only to start. |

FAQ:
1. The LED turns off while charging.
-This charger has a build-in thermal protection function. Battery charging is shut off when the temperature of charger increases beyond set limit, and LED turns off (no color). Once the charger temperature drops to acceptable limit, the charging process is resumed and the LED turns on (Green/Red color).
2. LED color changes to Yellow
-This indicates that battery is not being charged correctly. Remove the battery pack from Charger and re-insert into charger. If this occurs repeatedly, either battery is dead or charger is not working.
3. Battery is inserted in the charger, but the LED does not change to RED.
-This indicates that battery is not being charged correctly. Remove the battery from charger and re-insert into charger. If this occurs repeatedly, either battery is dead or charger is not working.
4. LED changes to Green, but the capacity is too low.
-This indicates that battery is not being charged correctly. Remove the battery from charger, clean the contacts with a soft clean cloth, re-insert into charger. If this occurs repeatedly, either battery is dead or charger is not working.
