The characteristics of forging outer ring primarily encompass the enhancement of material microstructure density, improvement in flow linearity, increased production efficiency, and cost reduction. During the forging process, the organizational structure of the raw material becomes denser and exhibits improved flow linearity, thereby enhancing the reliability and service life of the bearing. Furthermore, this bearing incorporates a sealed design to prevent the ingress of dust and dirt, thereby extending its service life.
