Shearing angle is Variable, which can reduce the shearing deformation of sheet metal and can shear much thicker sheet metal. -Adopt handwheel to rapidly and accurately adjust the blade clearance, Shearing in sections, shadow-line cutting. -The rectangular monoblock blades featuring long life with 4 cutting edges, quality high-carbon high-chrome blades 6CrW2Si quality.

Back gauge instal on the blade rest, along with the rest on the up and down movement, it’s driven by a motor through the E21s system can control the plate before and after the position adjustment, behind. -The adjusting range of the backstop material is 10 ~ 600mm, which can be adjusted freely in this range.

Backgauge and block control -Control for AC motors, frequency inverter -Intelligent positioning -Stock counter -Holding/decompression time setting -Program memory of up to 40 programs, up to 25 steps per program -One side positioning


Adopted fully welded frame,vibration eliminated stress,high rigidity ,hydraulic driving system,nitrogen cylinder return system,sturdy and durable,blade gap adjustment device and fine adjustment can be easily operated ,shadow line for good cutting,photocells at rear parts of machines as protection guard to the operator and other people ,backgauge stroke will be controlled and showed by E21 NC ,backgauge come with reducer box

Single or continuous stroke is at your option,electric door open,machine will stop working,oil tank and electric cabinet door come with rubber seals,throat come with cover
