50L Overall Function Z-type Blending Dryer For cemented Carbide Industry

1. Overview

Z-type blending dryer integrates functions of blending, stirring, drying, and medium recycling..

The equipment consists of main body, electric system, vacuum pump, TCU, and alcohol recycling system..

The box of the equipment with double-walled water jacket is made of stainless steel. Specially, the inner wall is made of stainless steel with mirror surface.

There are two Z-type shafts, which are processed from two whole stainless steel forging. The gap between two shafts, and between shafts and box inner wall, could both reach 2-3mm.
