Brief information

--Silicone softener for ponte-de-roma HT-252 owns the newest modified organic silicone structure which combined with double modified functional group that can give the fabrics smooth and full hand feeling.

-- Mainly used for soft and fluffy finishing of chinlon-cotton blending fabrics and suitable for hand feeling finishing of polyester and cotton.

-- Compared with the general amino modified silicone softener, it can give the better smoothness.

General properties

-- Appearance: light blue transparent liquid

--Solubility: easy soluble in water

-- Ionicity: weakly cationic

--pH: 6-8(1% solution in 20 degree centigrade)

Properties and fields of application

-- Outstanding soft and fluffy effect on ponte-de-roma fabric, such as T/R,T/C,N/R,N/C and polyester-spandex.

-- Also has good soft and fluffy effect on artificial fiber such as polyester, nylon, acrylic and staple fiber.

-- The emulsifying characteristics can be ensured the stability of the dilution.

Application

-- Padding:

HT-252: 10-50 g/L

Preliminary drying: 120 degree centigrade

Shaping: 150-180 degree centigrade

Specific process should be adjusted by testing, dosage based on standard concentration.

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: Keep it cool and dry, 6 months in sealed container at room temperature.
