Temperature: normal: 85-100°C; special: 100-110°C
Roller pressure: 8-15MPa
Speed: 8-50m/min
Remarks: special laminations are those with thicker ink, solid color, high moisture content and bigger size paper

Application :

1. Adjust roller pressure and temperature according to different types of paper and ink.
2. When first time using the film or changing the printing material & technological conditions , we recommend a small volume trial before large quantity using.
3. The following situation will cause the poor quality of the film laminating

1. Use the metal ink.
2. The ink contains too much wax, dried oil , adhesive and silicon additive, etc.
3. The ink is too thick
4. The ink is not completely dry
5. When the paper contains too much moisture
6. Dusting too powder
