About samples:

For standard product, one free sample can be offered, but you have to bear the courier. The payment will be T/T, Western Union and Paypal.

For OEM product, sample cost will be charged, but we will return it to you after the order fixed.

Payment:

1. The payment methods: Ex Works or FOB
2. T/T, Western Union and Money order can be accepted, the account of our HK Head Office is also welcome. It depends on your own choice.
3. Full payments must be made before production. Or 30% deposit and the balance before shipment.

Return and Warranty:

1. All the goods are inspected before shipment, so if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can exchange the items in one week and you must tell us within 24 hours of the receipt of the purchase. But, if the goods are accordance with the sample, return or exchange cannot be accepted.
2. The reshipping and handling charges will be in your side.
3. All return items must be in original conditions, including boxes and accessories, defects made by man are not guaranteed, such as broken, scratched and so on.
4. For any items, please send by Shipping or Express.
