Technical Features
1.This product adopts frequency conversion step-less speed.It reform the brake speed regulation and resistance speed regulation for conventional winch..It makes the winch working steady for step-less speed regulation.It’s low power consumption,indestructible than resistance speed regulation.So it achieve energy conservation.
2.Computer module visual operating platform can protect by monitoring and prompt by voice when the winch is missing-voltage,pulleying,overfall,over-load,rate-limiting,brake-shoe wearing,depth invalid.(it cann’t start the winch until the fault is been solved. )
3.PLC control system is processing fast and controlling flexible.The processing result is high accuracy .The system could do real-time synchronous data processing in a long time.
4.The stroke controlling device of winch adopt planet reducer for new type.It’s compact,reliable transmission,limit precise.
5. The type of service brake is changed to disk type.The winch could brake reliable when it lift and lower heavy object.The disk type of brake is not only compact design,low weight,but also safety, nimble.
6.Gearbox adopt double line of central drive.Gear is double helical gear which eliminate the axial force.It has the advantages of large transfer torque , low noise,long service life.Input and output in same center reduce the space required and capital construction cost.
7.The winch adopted integral chassis connecting with bolt.The winch is provided with a separable function on the premise of ensuring the chassis strength.That function is convenient for shipping the winch,transportation and disassembly when repairing.
