FEP(Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) series

Brief Introduction:

Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene(FEP) is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene.

It basically retained the properties of PTFE. Such as: outstanding high & low temperature resistance, chemical stability, electrical insulation, excellent non-sticky and high mechnical strength properties. But it's more easily formable, more elastic and transparent, only the high temperature resistant lower than PTFE 50 °C

Characteristic

1. High and low temperature preservation

2. -200~200°C high temperature intensity better than F4

3. No-begriming ,and no-stagnant in tube

4. Security and insulation

5. Under 60HZ—60MHZ high and low temperature , permittivity is 2.1

6. If firing, and will still insulate

7. Voltaic are>165 seconds insulation

8. Erode preservation

9. Under high temperature, fluorin and alkali will reaction with PFA, no reaction with other acid.

10. Low water absorption<0.01%

11. No firing in air( oxygen index>95 vol.%)
