Low Shrinkage High Optical PET Substrate Film

The ITO COATED PET FILM thermal shrinkage depends on the thermal shrinkage of PET Film.

Our FG1 PET film with low heat shrinkage(see data below),are quite suitable for EL printing.

Due to the thermal shrinkage of ITO PET Film, film sheet need to be cut generally 1% larger than the size of the EL panel,

and before printing,need to heat the film for shrinkage to make the film size stable. generally at 120C for 2 hours .

NOTE :the temperature and time of heat should be higher and longer than the temperature and time of sliver paste heating.
