The characteristics of the ETFE
(1) made from the fluorine plastic, it can also be used as fabric membrane material; pre-tensioning
(2) resistant to temperature change, can be directly exposed to - 200 ℃, 150 ℃ temperature;
(3) of ETFE light transmittance can be as high as 95%.Block uv light transmission, the material is not in place to ensure that building natural light.Through the surface printing, the translucency of the material can be further reduced to 50%;
(4) specific resistance adhesive surface has the high antifoulant, easy to clean characteristics, usually the rain to clear the main dirt;
(5) the ETFE achieve B1, standard DIN4102 fireproofing grade, burns would not drip.Thickness from 0.05 mm to 0.25 mm, usually and the film quality is very light, only 0.15 kg to 0.35 kg per square metre.This characteristic makes it even in the melt cases caused by smoke, fire, membrane also has considerable advantages;
(6) ETFE completely for recycling materials, can once again use of new membrane material production, production after a separation of impurities or other ETFE products;
(7) corrosion features, with strong adhesion characteristics of special metal, overcome the teflon for metal bonding defects, together with its average linear expansion coefficient is close to the linear expansion coefficient of carbon steel, make ETFE (F - 40) become ideal and metal composite material, has excellent resistance to negative pressure characteristics;
ETFE (8) the service life of at least 25 ~ 35 years and is ideal for permanent multilayer removable roof structure of the materials;
