PFA rod, PFA moulded rod
Ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene PFA, also known as perfluoro alkoxy, have similar properties to PTFE including critical surface tension and molecular structure. Moreover, PFA features superior thermoplastic property, therefore its a kind of excellent material for welding PTFE.
Great for bearings and gaskets, PFA (perfluoroalkoxy fluorocarbon) resists deformation under stress better than PTFE. This material also resists cracking better than PTFE.
Characteristic
1. High and low temperature preservation
2. -200~260°C high temperature intensity better than F4
3. No-begriming ,and no-stagnant in tube
4. Security and insulation
5. Under 60HZ—60MHZ high and low temperature , permittivity is 2.1
6. If firing, and will still insulate
7. Voltaic are>165 seconds insulation
8. Erode preservation
9. Under high temperature, fluorin and alkali will reaction with PFA, no reaction with other acid.
10. Low water absorption<0.01%
11. No firing in air( oxygen index>95 vol.%)
