Description

1.The washing part of the machine adopts most scientific double-way insertion washing method. It washes bottles with circulated water and clean water. Sterile compressed air (or alcohol) is then applied to dry the bottles to make them thoroughly clean.
2. As the latest model of filling machine with high speed and precision. The liquid is not possible to overflow. Filling volume cover from 100ml to 750ml and it can be steplessly adjusted by a motor. Filling volume is displayed digitally.

3. The machine caps bottles automatically with an automatic cap arranging device. Caps are put steadily with low damage rate.
4. As the advanced automatic sealing part of the machine is applied in the machine, good sealing quality is achieved by its high spinning speed and even force. Its sealing wheels are made from special material to ensure a lone service life.
