Medium soft with low compressive strength and harder abrasive stringers,such as hard shale,hard gypsolyte,soft limestone,sandstone and dolomite with stringers,etc.
Cutting Structure
Offset crested scoop compacts in inner row,wedge compacts in outer row,imequable spaced compacts arrangement,and a row of trimmers is added between gage and heel row.

1)This series tricone bit use Sealed roller bearing structure. With rollers arranged in grooves recessed in the cone body, the size of the bearing journal is increased.
2)Surface of the high precision bearing heat treated by using advanced heat treatment process to improve the load capacity and service life of the bearing.
3)Preventing reflux structure has dual function, it can avoid air counterflow and dust enteri
ng into bearing when the air-compressor stop working accidentally, and separate air and water in order to avoid water entering into bearing when it works normally to prolong the life of bearing.
4)The bit bearing can be ball locked.
5)High precision bearing with two thrust faces. Balls lock the cone.Hardface heard bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction-reducing alloy and then silver-plated. Abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing are improved and suitable for high rotary speed.
