1. Overall Introduction
This system consists of four sets of dry-type and high-voltage AC load composition, power, respectively (4MW + 1MW), 4MW, 4MW, 4MW. Each load bank is made up by load measurement and control cabinet, including outdoor dry type AC resistive load bank, data acquisition systems, automatic subtraction load control system, cooling system, auxiliary control and PC, and other parts. Inspect output power and load capacity of high-pressure generator. Load cabinet power input with sub-type, can be remotely controlled, extremely easy to use. Load bank using energy consumption method, air forced cooling, air dispersion, so that machine noise reduces greatly.
(1) Steady-state Test: load power in rated range, measure generator steady-state 3 phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, and running time.
(2) Setting Test: catch the max and min setting value of voltage and frequency, and calculate the relative setting up and down range of voltage and frequency and adjustment rate within 100 seconds setting time.
(3) Fluctuation Test: catch the max and min fluctuating value of voltage and frequency, and calculate steady-state frequency band, steady-state voltage deviation, voltage modulation, fluctuation rate and frequency in 60 seconds fluctuation time.
(4) Transient Test(Instant Load Test): sample interval is 40μs,system catch the transient max and min value and recovery time of voltage, current, and frequency, and calculate instant load transient voltage deviation and instant load transient frequency deviation.
(5) Transient Test(Instant Unload Test): sample interval is 40μs,system catch the transient max and min value and recovery time of voltage, current and frequency, and calculate instant unload transient voltage deviation and instant unload transient frequency deviation.
(6) Harmonic Analysis: Analysis 2~50 harmonic content and total harmonic content in voltage and current at same time.
(7) Record Wave Analysis: 5 patterns for recording voltage real-time waveform, and the record time is 4~280 seconds, and accurately sampling at 128 points in a wave cycle at most.
Control Panel
(1)Real-time Monitor: Software display main parameter value, such as voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency and time.
(2)Data Collection Interval: the minimum steady-state data resolving time is 1 second, and the minimum transient data resolving time is 40μs.
(3)Stable Data Comparison: the max value and min value of all the parameters in steady-state test is listed in software interface, which is convenient for user to compare.
(4)Data Save and Query: All test data be saved in the software, according to generator set number, easy and fast check the history test data.
(5)Graphical Display: show real-time or history test data, and support to print curve and graph as follows:
1) Voltage, current, frequency and power curves in real-time; 2) voltage curve;
3) Current curve; 4) power curve; 5) frequency curve; 6) power factor curve;

(7)Data Format: all curves and graphs are outputted as".jpg"format, testing reports are outputted as".xls"format, and print is available.
Software
When load bank need to be disconnected, the control system will automatically send instructions, and second protection will be finished by main circuit.
(1)Over Voltage Protection (12kv): The input load voltage is over the safe threshold value, system unload automatically and alarm.
(2)Short Circuit Protection and Over Current Protection: when short circuit, fuses protect to unload automatically.
(3)Overheating Protection (150℃): Temperature is over the safe threshold value, system unload automatically and alarm.
(4)Smoke Fog Protection: If there is smoke fog in the container, system unloads automatically and alarm.
(5)Fan Delivery Protection: If insufficient air volume of any fan is below 2450m³/h, system unloads automatically and alarm.
(6)Overload protection with fan: When any fan cannot normally work, the load bank can unload automatically and alarm.
(7)Emergency Stop: Manually press the Emergency Stop switch on the panel, load bank will be in locked state, and cannot do any operation.
(8)Protection Switch: Some protection with switch, when misinformation or in special need, operator can close the corresponding protection function temporarily.
(9) Safety Monitor: Get through indicator lights on main interface, Operator can monitor system state. When system abnormally stop and be protected, software interface prompt the cause immediately.
