Water/oil soluble Imidazoline corrosion inhibitor

1.Used for the corrosion of gas wells and pipelines.
2.Corrosion rate: 90%min.
3.The main ingredient is two-imidazoline.

1. introduction:

Gas wells throughout the southwest and northwest, West-East natural gas transmission project, the corrosion of gas wells and pipeline is serious, this is need to be solved.

2. Main Ingredient:

The main ingredient of gas corrosion inhibitor is two-imidazoline, it is not only soluble in oil, gas, but also dispersed in water. This unique feature makes it be the preferred component of gas corrosion inhibitor.

3. Physical and Chemical index:

a) Appearance:Red brown liquid

b) PH value: ≥12.0

c) Density(g/cm3):0.95~1.00

d) Solubility:Soluble in water

e) Freezing Point(°C):≤-15°C

f) Corrosion rate: ≥90%

4. Usage

a. Gas well usage: add to the bottom of wells through the well pipe or casing ring space, add about 100ppm according to the gas production.

b. Usage of natural gas pipelines: select a dosing point in the pipeline, the dosage is about 100ppm according to gas meter.

c.Hang pieces in the device at the same time, observe the surface sate of the pieces, and calculate the corrosion rate.

5. Packing and Storage

With 200kg plastic packaging and sealed kept in cool place, valid for one year.
