Ceramic sand( Oil Proppant )is a kind of products of ceramic particle , which has a high fracturing intensity ,mainly used for oilfield as downhole proppant , The usage is to increase the output of oil and gas. So ceramic sand is a kind of green and environmental protection products .Ceramic sand( Oil Proppant )made of high quality bauxite and other additive material, granulating and calcining to increase the strength and density.

Process of Sand Production Line

The raw material is transferred to jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, then the crushed materials are transferred to fine impact crusher through belt conveyor for secondary crushing. Then the semifinished product should be sent to sand making machine for the third crushing. The materials crushed will be transferred to the vibrating screen. The materials with suitable size will be transferred to sand washing machine, after being washed, then clean final products will be discharged. The others with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the sand-making machine, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles.
