Application:

VLP Lubricant oil Filtration machine is applied to filter various Lubricant oils.

Based on the common model, we add components according to customer's situation. So, Most of our machines are customized.

Different oils, we will adopt different main components.

Final Effect of our VLP machine:

1. Remove water down to 80PPM,

2. Remove gas down to 0.1%

3. Remove impurity down to 5um

4. Prolong oil life 5 times than oil which is not been filtered.

5. Save your oil cost for 5 times.

Main Functions:

1. For dehydration: We adopt Duplex 3D Evaporation Technology, and Enlarge Vacuum Tank , UK Spread Technology.

All dissolved moisture, liquid water will be removed completely.

2. For degassing: we adopt Duplex 3D Evaporation Technology, and Enlarge Vacuum Tank, CHK researched Exclusive degassing device.

3. For particle : we remove it by adopting USA filter paper maded filter element.
