Best material (Plato material) is very important for the inflatable products. All of our inflatable products are made of high durability fire-retardant 1000D 0.55mm 18oz Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers and two coated sides with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. The personality of material: Anti-UV, water-proof, EN71-2-3 fire retardant, EN14960, SGS, environmental etc. We use the material from Plato Company (USA 3 biggest inflatable companies use the material from this company too.)
Tensile strength: Warp 2870.43N/50mm, Weft 2279.06N/50mm
Tear Strength: Warp 527N, Weft 323.8N
Applicable temperature: -30'C_70'C

Design:
We can make any inflatable products as long as you can imagine. We have top skilled worker to finish the artwork and printing. OEM is welcome. We can produce according to your pictures and print your own logo on the inflatable products.

Repair kits; carry bag, air blower (CE/UL cert, 110V/220V) catalogue book and safety rules.
Printing:
All products accept the customized printing. You can print your own design and logo etc.
Printing has 3 kinds: digital print, silk print or hand painting.

Quality Control:
1. Reinforced seams with double, triple and quadruple seams on the stress points.
2. Extra webbing reinforced strip on interior panel to protect bouncer area and seams.
3. Each product will have thick D rings/anchor or circle rings/anchor to fix the inflatable item. It makes the inflatable item steady enough.
4. Double inflate pipe, and double outlet with double zipper.
