1. How long will it take to ship my order?
As long as there is stock available, we usually ships items within 3-5 work days for samples and within one to two weeks for formal order once receiving the confirmation of a new order. The order will not be confirmed until the payment reaches our bank account. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will do our best to inform you of the estimated lead time.
2. What are my payment options?
For samples, it is 100% in advance.
For bulk production, it is 30% in advance and 70% balance before delivery.

3. What does your warranty cover?
Our product is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (material or workmanship). Missing/lost or worn out parts are not covered under our warranty.
4. Who will pay the freight for repairing items?
Both parties will share half the freight: the buyer will take the freight of sending it back to us, while we will cover that of sending it back to the buyer. And we suggests to sending it back with the next bulk production items.
5. Can I return product for credit?
Sorry, crediting product is unacceptable for now.

7. What does FOB mean?
FOB stands for Free On Board which is a term that is used with an identified physical location to determine 1) the point at which title for the shipment passes from the seller (Server Products) to the buyer AND 2) the responsibility and basis for payment of freight charges.
8. Who pays the freight charges when terms are FOB?
Buyers or the third party notified by buyers will bear the freight. The freight can be collected or prepaid. Your forwarder will always be our’s first choice. If you have no forwarder, we are honored to appoint a forwarder for you.
9. How can I get your price list?
Please send us your email or fax for our price list and order information.
10. How to place an order?
Please send PO to us and we will send back a PI accordingly. You will wire the payment and send T/T copy for our reference. Then the products will be in preparation. After getting the payment, the items will be sent out ASAP.
