UPVC corrugated roof sheet, adopting advanced facilities and technology from Europe, is made of synthetic resin (ASA) with prominent weatherability. It remains stable in color and physical properties under ultra-violet radiation, dampness, heat, chillness and impact. Prominent weather resistance
As top layer material, ASA engineering resin is extraordinarily suitable for outdoor use. Even exposed to ultra-violet radiation, dampness, heat, chillness and impact, the products remain the stability of color and physical properties. Tests held in Aging Test Center of Arizona and Florida prove that is less than △E 5 within 10 years.

High impact strength and resistance to extreme climate
UPVC corrugated roof sheet is tested by falling sphere impact test,( a 1kg steel ball falls freely from 1.5 meters high on sheets ) which proves no crack. Tested by ten cycles of freeze and melting, it proves no swelling, frothiness, peeling-off or crack.

Thermal insulation
UPVC corrugated roof sheet, its heat conduction modulus is 0.325 W/m. K, which equal 1/3 with that of 10mm thickness clay sheets, 1/5 with that of 10mm thickness cement sheets, 1/2000 with that of 5mm thickness color steel sheets.

Excellent anti-corrosion performance
UPVC corrugated roof sheet, its surface layer (ASA resin) has great performance in anti-corrosion test, which will not decline by erosion of rain and snow. ASA resin is resistant to many chemicals such as acid, alkaline, salt, etc. Therefore, it is suitable for outdoor application in costal area with serious salt fog corrosion and heavy air pollution.

Self-cleaning
The surface of roof sheet is dense and smooth, which has the same effect as lotus leaves. It doesn't absorb dust and can be easily cleaned by rain.

Excellent anti-load performance
UPVC corrugated roof sheet has strong capacity for heavy bearing. The test, conducted by Shanghai Municipal Building Material Component Quality Supervision and Test Station, proves that there is no crack in condition of 800mm supporting span and 150kg applied load.

Light Weight
One standard piece of roof sheet weighs 1.87-6.0kg per square meter.

Environment-friendly
With China Certificate of Environmental Labeling, this product proves no radiation, volatilizable materials and pollution. What’s more, it can be completely recycled.
