Slotted Hole Perforated Metal

Slotted hole also named oblong hole, perforated sheets with oblong holes are the ideal solution wherever filtering or the separation of liquids and solids is required. They are frequently used in the wine and food industries, but remember the pattern of the holes is not just a matter of appearance…..

The materials most frequently used to production these sheet metals are stainless steel AISI 304-316, stainless steel, aluminium and any other material suitable for perforation.

Slotted Holes are elongated holes with round or square ends. They are available from stock in either a side staggered or a straight line pattern in plain steel. Others gauges, hole sizes, patterns and materials are available by special order.

Slotted perforated is a sheet or coil of material made from metal that contains holes punched by a die. The shape of the hole is determined by the shape of the die. For perforated with a slot hole pattern, the die is shaped like a slot. The die can vary in the width, length and the ends of the slot can be round or square.
