Galvanized iron wire is made with mild steel , hard-drawn , then galvanized . It is rust-resistant , and very versatile in applications . Galvanized iron wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire , spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire .

Applications of Galvanized Iron Wire : Galvanized iron wire is mainly used in construction as binding wire , express way fencing as fencing wire , binding of flowers as wire ties in the garden and yard , and wire mesh making as weaving wires

Wire drawing

The wire from the left mold to the right mold, the wire became more thin, this is the wire drawing process , it’s very easy , it can become more thin ,until the wire diameter up to your requirement .

Two ways of drawing : powder drawing to draw thicker wire, water drawing to draw thinner wire.

Galvanized wire in coil

Wire annealing

The wire become red and soft through the high temperature fire stove ,to reduce the T/S of the wire .

Acid-washing

The wire through the HCI pool, to remove the impurities on the surface of the steel wire .

Packing

weaving bag and Hessian bag , both inside have the plastic film .
