Steel grating is made by the world first-class equipment,which can arrange the bearing bar and cross bar in longitude and latitude order to certain distance.cross bar is pressed into the bearing bar by high tension resistance weldingring which is controlled by computer.so we can produce high quality gratings with firm welding,smooth surface and high strength.

2. surface treatment: hot-dipped galvanized ,electro-galvanized and spraying brushing and soaking.

3. cross bar pitches:maybe 24-200mm,of which 50mm,76mm and 100mm are recommended.

4. bearing bar pitches:maybe 12.5, 15 to 30, 40, 60, 80 and 90mm; of which 30 and 40mm are recommended.

5. bearing bar:25x3,25x4,30x3,30x4,30x5,32x5,40x5,50x5,.....75x10mm,etc

6. thickness:0.3-2.5mm
