Lattice Steel Towers for telecommunication

Lattice steel towers are made up of many different steel structural components connected together with bolts or welded. Many different types of lattice steel towers exist. These towers are also called self-supporting towers or free-standing towers, due to their ability to support themselves. These towers are not always made of steel; they can also be made of aluminum or galvanized steel.

MEGATRO provide every type of lattice steel tower &　mast for telecommunication. These tower are, typically, tall structures designed to support telecom accessories with antennas (also known as aerials) for telecommunications and broadcasting, including television, atenna and other supports, which also can accommodate a variety of disc with network parts. MEGATRO also offers a wide variety of accessories and mounts.

This type tower also is fabricated by solid steel pipe with angle or bracing members, which provides great strength, low weight and wind resistance, and economy in the use of materials. Lattices of triangular cross-section are most common, and square lattices are also widely used.
After fabrication all towers are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot Dip Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
