In early 1980s, the first airbag made of natural rubber was invented by Mr. Pan’s family in military.

Year 1992 to 1994, Mr. Pan improved the airbag and made preparation for new factory in Qingdao city

Year 1995, Huanghai company was established in Qingdao, was the first manufacturing factory in Qingdao

Year 1996, Huanghai company got the national patent for designs of MLG-T, MLD-V, MLG-H types airbags.

Year 2000, Huanghai company began to use 2^nd generation manufacturing process for airbag

Year 2006, Huanghai company invented 3^rd manufacturing process for airbag and put into use till now

Year 2010, new factory established in Chengyang district, 7000sq.m production area, 4 production lines for airbag manufacturing
