Product Description
WP series 12L Euro IV diesel engine was jointly developed by weichai together with AVL and BOSCH. After fully integrating with the current leading technology of energy-saving and environmental-protection internal combustion engine, it has the advantages of good dynamic, high reliability, excellent economy, low noise, etc. Power ranges from 247-338 kW (336-460PS), which make it to be an ideal power for heavy-duty truck. It can meet Euro IV, even higher levels of emission requirements and has got TUV, GOST certificates.
Main Characteristics
  • Six-cylinder, in-line, four-valve, turbocharged and intercooled;
  • Rear-set gear housing, single cylinder heads, frame-type cylinder block;
  • Fuel system adopts electronic-controlled high-pressure common rail technology ;
  • After-treatment system uses SCR technology;
  • The exhaust brake system adopts WEVB.
